Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Sifu you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Sifu is an AI-powered construction reporting platform that integrates with WhatsApp to automate daily progress reports, compliance monitoring, and project plan updates. Access is provided on a per-site subscription basis following an approved pilot application.

3. Pilot & Subscription

• Pilots run for 30 days, billed at the agreed per-site rate.
• Subscriptions continue on a monthly basis unless cancelled in writing to info@kodifly.com with 30 days' notice.
• No refunds are issued for partial months.
• Sifu reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project and site information at onboarding and throughout the subscription.
• Maintain the necessary WhatsApp group admin access required for Sifu to operate.
• Ensure your use of Sifu complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models.

5. Data & Privacy

• You own your project data at all times.
• Sifu does not use your project data to train AI models.
• Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Data residency options are available for UAE and Hong Kong on request.

6. Intellectual Property

• Sifu, its agents, and underlying models are owned by Kodifly Limited. All rights reserved.
• You retain all rights to your project data and content.
• You grant Sifu a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sifu is a reporting and coordination tool. It does not replace the professional judgement of project managers, site engineers, or safety officers. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Singapore, Kodifly's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the relevant claim.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred first to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email. Continued use of Sifu after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
